Long training Courses

The Paris School of Bakery and Patisserie is a state-approved training centre for apprenticeship and organises courses for continuous professional development.

If you're less than 26 , European cityzens, living in France you can choose the apprenticeship in Bakery ou Pastry (free scholarship).

If you are more than 26 ,you have to follow the continuous way (pay education)

These courses are aimed at a wide range of people: young graduate, employees in all sectors, future artisan bakers and tearoom owners .

In both case you need to have a good French understanding .

All these courses, whether they provide you with a state recognised diploma (CAP) or a qualification ( training courses), are carried out by the professionals at the Paris School of Bakery and Patisserie.
