In April Julien Jamet has won the final selection of baker chef for the "Olympiades des métiers" and Angelo Da castes got the second place in the pastry competition.
Young bakery Entrepreneur award 2009
Do you dream of opening your own bakery? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit? Do you want to assess your skills? The Young Bakery Entrepreneur Award enables every candidate to do this.
The practical exam will be held at the School in October, and the apprentices will present their projects to a jury of professionals.
Our students on the move!
In order to stimulate its French apprentices' interest for opportunities abroad ,the EBP offers educational trips.
Certain apprentices went on a trip to Germany, others went to Barcelona and a third group discovered Belgium.
Trips planned in 2009 include Japan and Germany.
Business acquisition course
the EBP and Grands Moulins de Paris created the course specially designed for people taking over an existing bakery.
Taken at the same time as a Bakery CAP course, students will follow technical modules adapted to their business acquisition project.
