Once they graduate, apprentices will be highly qualified professionals with a perfect grasp of the profession’s many techniques and skills, from raw materials purchasing to sales techniques. They can then choose to pursue higher education or start their career, immediately taking on responsibilities, including a management role within a company.
After a certain amount of experience, they will be capable of starting or acquiring and managing a small business.
