We are committed to maintaining a close relationship with students. Every student is unique and their progress must be monitored closely to help them achieve their goals. That’s why we have strived to create a school with a family atmosphere where teachers are close to their students, in order to cultivate their curiosity and creativity. If you dream of being a baker and/or a pastry chef, we would love to share this vocation with you. A taste for excellence

Constantly striving for professional excellence, our teachers instil our young apprentices with a taste for challenges and the desire to surpass themselves. They encourage our apprentices to enter various professional competitions, and coach them with a certain success: our students have won several best French apprentice awards in the patisserie and plated desserts category, as well as best young baker, among others.
