We share and live for the same passion: the profession of baker and pastry chef

L’École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris was the first training centre founded in France for learning or perfecting the skills of the baker and pastry chef.
Thanks to this history, and the support of Grands Moulins de Paris, which founded the School in 1929, the School has trained thousands of bakers and pastry chefs in highly valued skills that are recognised all over the world as representing French know-how.
