I am studying for a patisserie MC (Mention Complémentaire) at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris. The School is a very pleasant place to study. The classes are small, which means the teachers have a lot of time for us. The premises are pleasant: it’s rare to have such a beautiful and welcoming learning environment. I love the freedom we have to create and how independent we therefore are to share ideas with other students
