Summer courses 2018
During the summer, we offer practical courses devoted to French pastry, bread and viennoiserie making. You will discover the secrets of making baguette, croissant and macaroons.
We offer complete 6-week courses or multi-day courses during the months of July and August. All courses are in English.
There are two levels of training:
- for beginners (level 1)
- for people who already have bases (level 2).
For more than 1 course or the complete 6-week courses you will also need to buy ustensils (€350) and bring your professional clothes.
For 1 course, you don’t need to bring your own equipment or professional clothes, but please wear suitable attire for working in a bakery.
