The school is working in partnership with the CNAM for the TEPE diploma (Titre Entrepreneur de la Petite Entreprise – Small business entrepreneur certificate) a state-recognised level III course recorded with the RNCP. Only in French.

The workshop in detail

Eligible candidates:

People with a level IV diploma (Bac Pro, BP, BTM)

Duration and pace:

308 hours of training over a period of approximately 12 months

119 hours at The Paris Bakery and Patisserie School
189 hours of supervised remote learning

Programme:

Eight Modules

One module of your choice depending on your project (starting a new business, taking over an existing business, developing a business)
1 Management module
1 project management module
A choice of 5 modules from the 17 other available modules
