In order to train professionals in Paris who will be abble to export the art of French bakery and pastry worlwide so the school have a training partnership with a professional Japanese school "Visionary art " .

104 Japanese students came in January and February 2012. The exchange also enabled an EBP teacher to go to Japan in December 2011 .
