In order to train professionals in Paris who will be abble to export the art of French bakery and pastry worlwide so the school have a training partnership with a professional Japanese school "Visionary art " .
104 Japanese students came in January 2015. The exchange also enabled an EBP teacher to go to Japan in December 2015 and we welcome a Visionary Art teacher in September 2014.
We welcomed also 40 students from Colombia and Stanford Universities for a 2 hour training session .
