The Paris Bakery and Patisserie School was created by Grands Moulins de Paris, company in the very ancient roots and at the origin of the creation in 2001 of the NutriXo Group, which counts among the European leaders of the Milling and the Bakery today.

TRAINING of foreigN customers

The school is developing its international relations in order to train professionals in Paris who will be able to export the art of French bakery and patisserie worldwide.

So the school have a training partnership with a professional Japanese school "Visionary art " .

140 Japanese students are expected in January and February 2011. The exchange also enabled an EBP teacher and apprentices to go to Japan in December 2010 .
