The Ecole de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris is the leading French bakery and pâtisserie school.

Founded in 1929, thousands of people have come from all over the world to study as part of our international program. We have had a training partnership with a Japanese school for ten years, we have organized around 100 workshops for American students, and we have organized advanced courses in French pâtisserie for Chinese groups.

Entirely practical, our courses take place in very modern and spacious premises with the School’s teachers in English or via an interpreter for other languages (Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, and Russian for groups only). We are located in the center of Bercy Village, a charming neighborhood with many restaurants and hotels, just a stone’s throw from Paris’s most modern subway line, providing easy access to the main train stations and international airports. There is no accommodation or restaurant in the School but a lot of restaurants around the school.

We can organize courses for all levels or types of students, from beginners to professionals, but only in pâtisserie and bakery. Long sessions are organized in the summer and only in English. Other courses last between four hours and one week. We provide all training equipment unless you are following a long-term session. You can take home all the products you make.
