Title : Patisserie teacher

Responsibilities : Stéphane Lolive teaches apprentices and more specifically is responsible for Advanced Studies in patisserie. He also carries out in-house training and gives classes all over France. After ten years experience with Lenôtre and in retail, Stéphane Lolive dedicated himself to training and designed an interactive CDROM on patisserie recipes and techniques.
