Responsibilities : Stéphane Philippot joined the EBP in 2005. Trained as a pastry chef, his first experience was with the famous caterer Lenôtre. This experience enabled him to work as a pastry chef and for a caterer. Today, he teaches the art of patisserie to mature students and apprentices. He also gives courses for companies.
