Lucien Megel

Title : Bakery teacher

Responsibilities : Lucien Megel works with mature students who are retraining. An ex-student of the bakery school, Lucien has worked in craft bakery and for UNESCO and has over 30 years’ teaching experience.

He was involved in the preparation of a book on bakery published by the School.
