Bernard Leblanc

Title : Bakery and Viennoiserie teacher

Responsibilities : Bernard Leblanc has been teaching Bakery for 20 years and also carries out in-house training. As the son of a baker, he also worked in craft bakery. Bernard Leblanc was twice runner-up in the “Best French Craftsman” competition in the bakery section. He was involved in the preparation of a book about bakery, published by the training centre.
