The Paris Bakery and Patisserie School was created in 1929 by Grands Moulins de Paris, company miller in the know-how anchored in very ancient and deep roots.
In 2001, Grands Moulins de Paris participated with other companies millers in the creation of the NutriXo Group, which counts among the European leaders of the Milling and the Bakery today.
