A few figures
Every year, the EBP welcomes 240 apprentices, 130 mature students and provides 115,000 hours of apprenticeship training.
- 1929 : Creation of the School by Grands Moulins de Paris
- 1935 : The School is recognised by the State
- 1973 : The school acquires the status of law 1901 (voluntary association)
- 1991: Creation of the institute of professional development
- 1995 : Creation of the Apprentice Training Centre (ATC)
- 1996: The School relocates to Bercy
The ATC runs 15 classes and sessions every year and provides courses and diplomas that are recognised by the state, to support professionals with their projects.
