The Paris School of Bakery and Patisserie is a training centre for young and mature students who want to acquire genuine know-how in the fields of bakery and patisserie.
The School has been passing on the excellence of its teaching, the know-how of its staff and a passion for bakery to a varied range of students since 1929.
