Come and visit the Bakery and Pastry School of Paris on march 2009.


 TRAINING of foreigN customers

The school is developing its international relations in order to train professionals in Paris who will be abble to export the art of French bakery and patisserie wordwide.

So the school have a training partnership with a professional Japanese school "Visionary art " and with a Romanian bakery and pastry  company " Prospero".

140 Japanese students are expected in January and February 2009.The exchange also enabled an EBP teacher to go to Japan in December
